The reasons for having hours and requesting that you adhere to them are first and foremost for our guests comfort.

When a kennel full of resting dogs are disrupted to check in or out a new guest it causes ALL of the guests to have to go outside and potty... If not allowed outside to do so, we tend to end up with a messy kennel as well as some messy guests.

Also, our staff have many other responsibilities (and a life) that are difficult to complete if we have to stop and check in or out guests and then immediately have to potty a kennel full of dogs. 

​

So, please when making your reservations take in to consideration the house hours and your ability to check your dog in and out within them.
